Very Good
Good location: the hotel is 2 tram stops from Széll Friendly Kálmán tér, where you can find the metro station / public transport hub. The staff were very nice and friendly. Quick check-in. The room and bathroom were very clean.
The decor and the equipment are a bit outdated but everything else was OK.

Great views but dated and no heating in the room on a mid winter stay.
It was near the tram stop that connects you to the tube network. The view from the room was good.
There was no kettle or drinks machine in the room, they had to be bought at the bar downstairs which closed at 10pm. I booked a double room but was given a twin. The room was very cold, it was -3 degrees outside and the air heating system would only blow cold on any setting. I had to use the duvet from the other bed in addition to my own at night. I did ask for a heater but, even though the staff were apologetic, this was not provided and nothing was done to fix the heating so I had to endure a second cold night in the room without any heating whatsoever. Additionally there were wooden boards under the window and you could see between them to the exterior wall with no insulation in between, this probably didn’t help keep the cold out. This really spoilt my stay completely as I couldn’t get warm inside or out.
